Porsche Design Tower Hires Park One To Operate Parking

One of the world’s most luxurious and technologically advanced condominiums – Porsche Design Tower Sunny Isles Beach – has hired Park One to run the tower’s parking operations, including overseeing the automated vehicle elevators that take residents and their cars directly to their units.

This unique project is a collaboration between Porsche Design Group and Gil Dezer, who has developed many trophy properties like Trump International Resort, Trump Towers, and Trump Palace.

Park One will manage every aspect of the parking program for residents, guests, and visitors of the 60-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., which will have more than 280 parking spaces for the 132 units and will enable owners to park two or four cars in their own “garages” adjacent to their units.

“Porsche Design Tower is, without doubt, one of the world’s most innovative buildings, and we’re excited to provide our premium parking services for this ultra-luxury, trend-setting property,” said Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One.

Porsche Design Tower’s distinctive Command Center will be manned by a trained Park One “captain,” who will be responsible for vertical movements of all vehicles in the tower’s car elevators, as well as monitoring the entire parking area to ensure efficient and proper handling of all vehicles. The Command Center will house controls and monitors for the high-tech elevators, and the captain will be responsible to ensure maximum efficiency in the parking operation.

Fred Bredemeyer, Park One’s president, added: “We’re looking forward to providing the iconic Porsche Design Tower with the most dynamic and sophisticated parking services in our industry.”
