Downtown Miami’s newest cultural attraction, Pérez Art Museum, has contracted with Park One to manage valet and oversee parking for all events.
Starting in December, Park One will begin operations at the modern and contemporary art museum on Biscayne Boulevard dedicated to collecting and exhibiting international art of the 20th and 21st centuries.
“We are thrilled to be working with a world-class museum and center of visual arts education and being part of downtown Miami’s cultural expansion,” said Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One.
Pérez Art Museum is Park One’s newest art center/cultural venue client. Park One’s other clients include Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami and BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla., both of which are major entertainment centers in South Florida and which host numerous events.
“We are focused on growing this segment of our portfolio purely because it's a natural fit for our hospitality-focused company and our culture,” said Fred Bredemeyer, Park One’s president.
