Park One has been hired to manage parking services for the Chase Bank Building in downtown Miami.
This parking operation is focused on providing top-notch customer services to the office tenants and visitors of the 14-story tower, which is home to many law firms, financial service companies, and telecommunications agencies.
The new contract with the Chase Bank Building at 150 SE 2nd Avenue expands Park One’s parking services portfolio in downtown Miami, said Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One.
The firm also manages parking at the nearby Marriott Courtyard and Marriott Marquis. Park One, in addition, operates parking services at major downtown destinations, such as the Pérez Art Museum Miami, 900 Biscayne, Ten Museum Park and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
