Park One has been hired to manage new parking contracts in one of Florida’s leading resort cities.
The City of Sunny Isles Beach, located near Miami, has hired Park One to run a municipal contract. Also, in Sunny Isles Beach, the oceanfront Ocean III and Regalia developments have retained Park One to oversee their parking services. ÂÂ
These are Park One’s latest parking clients in Sunny Isles Beach, which is known as the “Riviera†for its numerous luxury beachfront communities. Park One also manages parking there for internationally recognized resort properties, including Porsche Design Tower, Trump International Resort, Acqualina Resort & Spa, Turnberry Ocean Colony, Jade Ocean, and La Perla.ÂÂ
