Park One Expands in Gaming Industry

A fast-growing gaming facility, Dania Jai-Alai has contracted with Park One to manage its parking program in Dania Beach, Fla.

The new contract represents Park One’s continued expansion in the gaming industry. Park One has also provided parking and transportation service to Calder Race Course in Miami Gardens, Fla. for nearly two years.

“For us, the gaming industry is a great opportunity,” said Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One. “The industry is expanding across the nation and in particular I believe in Florida, which is expected to see significant activity over the next 5-7 years. There’s a need for unique parking expertise to make new and growing facilities easier for the public to access and more efficient for owners to manage. Park One is well positioned to be an effective partner in this vertical.”

Fred Bredemeyer, Park One’s president, agreed: “All casinos, thoroughbred tracks, and other gaming facilities need excellent parking services and the right parking technology so they can provide great experiences for their patrons. And that’s exactly what Park One offers our parking partners.”
