At Park One, there’s a belief that the company’s overall success is tied directly to the quality of its employees.
So for the past three years, the company has trained close to 600 employees with advance skills and education in order for them to excel at their jobs and gain personal and professional advancement.
The Park One Academy is mandatory training for all hourly staff and management to learn superior customer service, as well as claims, accident prevention, and safety procedures.
Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One, said providing employee education and continuous development is a strategic goal of the company.
“As a leader in parking management, Park One has created this unique academy to provide our employees with the latest, best-practices techniques in our industry,” Eghtedari said. “The training is created to exceed the expectations of our clients, visitors and staff.”
All employees participating in the full-time Academy are awarded with certification at the completion of each of the program’s four tiers. The Academy is ongoing, with some sessions held monthly.
In addition to the courses taught at the Academy, Park One also provides on-site training and orientation for all new associates. The training familiarizes the new associates with the location of their employment and specific policies that may apply.
