Park One has expanded its retail parking operations, adding a major retail, mixed-use center in Houston.
Town & Country Village has hired Park One to manage the parking program at its large self-park garage and to provide consulting services for its new office high rise that will be constructed by the end of 2014.
The center on Memorial Drive offers upscale shopping with luxury brand retailers, stylish boutiques, business, spa and healthcare services, fine dining and casual eateries.
The new contract highlights Park One’s growth in the Houston market, where the company has also added the Texas Medical Center area, Greenway Plaza market, and the Central Business District (CBD) to its portfolio.
“By adding Town & Country Village, we took the operation away from a national operator and it further demonstrates the confidence of our client base in our services,” said Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One.
Retail parking is a key core of Park One’s operations. In Florida, the company manages several large retail facilities, including Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, and Dolphin Mall.
George Moreno, Park One’s general manager, added: “We have been growing rapidly in this segment and will remain aggressive in Florida, Texas and all of our markets.”
