Departing Park One Manager Contributed to Company’s Growth and Innovation

On behalf of all of us at Park One, we are grateful to have worked with Wilson Mediorreal, a hardworking manager who is leaving Park One after 13 years of service.

Mr. Mediorreal started as a valet attendant with Park One in 2000 and rose through the ranks to become a district manager. His responsibilities over the years included managing several of our most busy and iconic parking locations in South Florida, such as Icon Brickell, Viceroy Hotel, Standard Miami, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Perez Art Museum Miami.

“He’s been a self-motivated, reliable and highly trusted manager who had a long and proven track record of developing, coaching and promoting our employees,” said Bijan Eghtedari, CEO of Park One. “All of us saw him as an inspiration and role model, as well as a go-to problem solver.”

With his extensive operational experience, he had designed and implemented complicated parking programs at some of our most demanding locations.  He also was instrumental in Park One’s technology initiatives including the development and customization of Park One’s proprietary Valet Tracking System. In addition, he was involved in numerous equipment projects.

Added Fred Bredemeyer, Park One’s president: “We counted on Mr. Mediorreal to lead many of our most ambitious and innovative parking programs. He played a large part in keeping Park One on the leading edge of the parking industry.”

We wish Mr. Mediorreal great success as he pursues another venture outside the parking industry.
