Citizens Insider: Nathan Lucas

Diversity and advancement opportunities are some of the best assets of working with AmeriPark. For Senior Operations Manager Nathan Lucas, they are a few of his favorites. From his start with AmeriPark as a Lenox Square Mall Valet Attendant, to his current management position at Avalon in Alpharetta, Nathan has been growing into a superb leader.

When it comes to his success, Nathan believes his accomplishments come from his commitment to excellence with his customers and his staff. His caring nature and attention to detail are also contributing factors. He says, “I believe every encounter with our customers is our opportunity to show the world our exceptional service.”

On that note, supervisor Nick Squeglia states, “I admire Nate’s work ethic and dedication. His passion for the job is reflected in his relationship with clients, as well as the high level of service he and his team deliver to customers. I have been fortunate enough to work with him for 6 years.”

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and serving his community. His passion for community service has led him to volunteer positions with the National Diabetes Association and the Ronald McDonald House. He is also involved in projects to raise funds for educational scholarships, to collect school supplies for children in need, and participates in many holiday food drives for impoverished families in the Riverdale and Jonesboro areas. Nathan says above all, he is most excited to take his Goddaughter to the annual Father-Daughter dance.
