He recently earned his Certified Parking Professional designation and ambitiously continues to further his professional development. How has Lanier helped you in your career development?
Lanier has encouraged me to develop and utilize my interpersonal skills to create relationships with community stakeholders. They've also awarded me a scholarship through their partnership with SNHU to continue pursuing my degree.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Finding the most beneficial parking solutions for repeat violators and converting those confrontational interactions into positive relationships.
What is your proudest moment at Lanier?
My proudest moment was when I obtained my CPP certification.

What is your greatest fear?
Spiders. They are evil!
What's the weirdest job you've ever had?
Wastewater Treatment. Yes, it's exactly what it sounds like!
