Park One Announces Record New Contract Awards In 3rd Quarter
Miami, Florida--October 12, 2011-Park One, the largest parking management provider in South Florida announced this week the addition of 10 new contracts during its third quarter ending September 30, 2011. The awards follow a strong first two quarters of 2011 during which the company fully completed acquisition of CSS Services while also adding 15 new contracts.

Park One was awarded Calder Casino & Race Course, its first casino and Race Course outside of Louisiana where it has managed and owned several parking facilities serving large casinos. Churchill Downs awarded the parking and shuttle transportation for its newly renovated 220 acres site to Park One which through its smart technology, VTS will enhance the customer service standards, and provide unique and vital statistical and revenue data for all aspects of the active operation.
In addition, amongst other awards, Park One commenced operation of Sole On The Ocean, an ultra-contemporary resort in Sunny Isles. Sole is a popular destination and hide out for many celebrities and provides a unique view of Atlantic Ocean from its 224 luxury rooms.
Park One also took over management and operation of Vizcayne (formerly known as Everglades On the Bay), Miami's most talked about development. Vizcayne is an 849-unit, two-tower, mixed-use development located in Downtown Miami. Furthermore, Park One added another performing arts center to its portfolio. In addition to Adrienne Arsht Center, where Park One has managed parking services since its opening, the company was awarded the contract for the long awaited new South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center.
Not to be outdone by commercial and hotel divisions, Park One's residential portfolio continued its consistent growth pattern in the third quarter with awards of five new properties including Infinity At Brickell, Arlen House and Artecity.
Pool One, a wholly owned subsidiary of Park One remained active by expanding its services to several residential properties in Aventura.
During the past quarter, the consulting team continued work on Swire's Brickell CitiCentre project as well as preliminary feasibility studies on two proposed new developments in Miami's CBD.
