Bijan Eghtedari-Chief Executive Officer

Fred Bredemeyer-President

Park One President, Frederick Bredemeyer, CAPP, is a 25 year parking veteran with extensive municipal and private parking experience. Yolande A Bernard - Chief Financial Officer

Yolande became Chief Financial Officer of Park One Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Park One Florida, in March 1995 to acquire additional parking properties and expand the company’s activities in valet services and the development, ownership and construction of structured parking facilities. Ana Kott - Controller

Ana has been the Controller of Park One since November of 2006. She is in charge of the accounting, bookkeeping, and auditing departments.
